Thank you Phyllis! A cord would be preferred if you plan to make a thick bracelet as it acts as a support pillar for the netting. The cords come in different diameters and can easily be purchased at Spotlight or any haberdasheries. The one featured here is using 0.5cm and one of our students has tried a 0.3cm cord.
This bracelet was demonstrated during the Bead Netting class on 1 Nov. I was experimenting to hide the clasp with the crystals and it worked!
awesome! must we put a cord in the netted bracelet? i have made a lariat using netting(without cord)so the shape does not turn out nice...
